Hello, I'm James! I am the artist behind what you see here. I was born and raised on Vancouver Island. I found my passion for creating artwork after my hockey career came to an end. This journey started in 2017, while traveling most of the year in South East Asia. I spent most of my days creating on the go to fund my adventure. The inspiration for my exaggerated lines and colours comes from the sensational places I've travelled both here in BC and over seas.
I spend the summer months working as a fishing guide on the west coast of Vancouver Island as well as working as a scenic artist in the film industry in Vancouver during winter months. Aside from the obvious, If I am not doing one of my three occupations I will be out skiing, mountain biking, camping or fishing!
